Adding Additional Account Holders

This page provides instructions on how persons registered under someone else's account (as Primary Account) and now need to be able to go through training on AYSOU.

For example, the Smith Family consists of Beth and Steve, with children Haley and Jake.  Beth created an account and registered Haley in 10U and Jake in 12U.  Then Steve volunteered to be an assistant coach, and Beth registered Steve as a volunteer.  Now Steve needs to go through online training but cannot figure out how to get to AYSOU.

Beth needs to log in and add Steve as an Additional Account Holder.  The first step is for Beth to go to the My Account page, and then click on the "Gear" icon on the top right hand side of the page, as shown below

Then scroll all the way down and click on "+ Add Additional Account Holder"

This opens up a pop up window.  Beth should add Steve's information and email address and other info and click Save.  Steve will then get an email invitation that will facilitate setting up his own account and password.

Once this is done, it will still take 24 hours before AYSOU will be able to have Steve log in and begin training.
